INTERIOR HOUSE PAINTING
Our Process:
We start by first laying down a clean drop cloth of the entrance of your home.
Ask the homeowner if there are delicate items that they can relocate to another area of the home during the painting process.
Adjust/move the furnishings away from area(s) being painted.
Covering all floor surfaces with clean drop cloths, rosin paper (construction grade paper) and masking paper, as needed.
Patch, sand, prime and texture nail holes prior to finish coat(s).
Remove switch/plug plates and other fixture plates, if applicable.
Lightly sand and dust walls.
Apply desired color(s) to walls. Some colors may required additions coats depending on pigment of color.
Trim, doors/casings, and other trim accents to be sanded, primed (where needed) and painted to desired color and sheen.
After painting we remove all masking material, drop cloths, equipment used and return the furniture.
